There are bulk/furniture items located UPSTAIRS. Please be prepared to have sufficient help to carry the items down. AVOID hitting walls, scratching floors (all items need to be LIFTED, not dragged) or knocking over surrounding items as this estate is very delicate.
Please be respectful of the home if you are walking through to retrieve your heavy and bulky items. No touching, wandering, or picking up items and please be mindful of your surroundings (a lot of breakables).
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding.
