SHIPPING AVAILABLE - We are willing to ship SMALL ITEMS ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12” x 12” x 5.5”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material.

Your auction order must be PAID, and we will invoice separately for shipping costs after your emailed request to:

Note: All shipping is billed through Paypal. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure address on PayPal is current to ensure both Seller and Buyer is covered. We will NOT manually change the shipping address.

Shipping Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days AFTER the last day of pick up.

Private Residence Estate - Limited Street Parking (there will be a small driveway to load bulky items), and approximately 10 steps leading to Front Door. This is a tri-level home so stairs WILL be present for ALL bulky items. We will do our best to bring down small items to Ground Floor Garage where pick ups will occur.

For Private Residence Estates (aka On-Site Auctions) - No Shipping and No Flexibility on Pick Up Dates/Times due to many deadlines.
