- For new bidders, a private residence estate where we do not disclose the address and auction pick ups will occur at the estate will have strict protocols when picking up. This means - we WILL require appointments and we will NOT allow restroom use. This is why our clients choose the online auctions - for privacy and security and we will need to enforce it.
