All items in this auction are sold in AS IS condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to do their own research and ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding.
- 10% Buyers Premium and all applicable sales tax (assessed on Bid amount and Buyers Premium) will be added to final invoice.
- If you are a Reseller, make sure BAOA has your cert on file.
- Non-paying Winning Bidders are blocked from further bidding until a 50% re-stocking fee is received.
- Item(s) abandoned will be restocked or disposed of.
- We do NOT issue refunds.
SHIPPING: Costs are at buyer’s expense. All items will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate or USPS Ground Advantage using weight & dimension pricing, plus a 2.50 material / handling fee. Tracking # & insurance up to $100 (buyer must request additional insurance & signature receipt if desired at their expense). Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material.
- Pay your invoice in full. Your auction order must be PAID IN FULL before you request your shipping amount.
- Email your shipping request to:
[email protected] - We will send a separate Square invoice to be paid for the shipping charges.
Packages will be sent out on the day after payments for both auction item(s) and shipping costs have been paid.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the address is current / correct. We will NOT manually change the shipping address.
Shipping Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days AFTER the last day of auction close.
