- If you are a Reseller, make sure BAOA has your cert on file.
- Non-paying Winning Bidders are blocked from further bidding until a 50% re-stocking fee is received.
- Item(s) not picked-up as scheduled are considered abandoned and will be forfeited and disposed of accordingly. Please make sure someone keeps your appointment!!
- We do not issue refunds.

Please bring your own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling. Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide assistance during pick-ups. If you do not have sufficient labor etc., to carry out your items, you may need to reschedule a pick-up.

Drive straight down through the building complex, we will be the very last building on the right "Building 4". We are in the same Rohnert Park building as Picks and Treasures.
