Auction Terms & Conditions:
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices.
All items in this auction are AS IS in their present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ask questions prior to bidding. All Sales are final. No Refunds, No Returns.
Please bring your own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling. Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide assistance during pick-ups. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you may need to reschedule a pick-up.
Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited. Please make sure you can make the pick-up times before bidding. Sorry, no refunds.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE - We are willing to ship smaller and non-fragile for this auction.
- Auction Invoice must be Paid In Full before requesting shipping.
- To request shipping please email [email protected] and confirm your current shipping address. We will calculate your shipping costs and email a separate Shipping Invoice to you.
- Shipping charges include USPS charges, supplies, and labor. Your order must fit in (up to) a Medium Size Box 12” x 12” x 12”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for extra packaging materials.
- All items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Orders over $100 will ship with Signature Required and be insured.
- It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the address is current and correct to ensure both Seller and Buyer are covered.
- Please allow 2-3 days for processing after Shipping Invoice is paid.
