All items in this auction are sold in AS IS condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to do their own research and ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. 

• 10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. 
• If you are a Reseller, make sure BAOA has your cert on file. 
• Non-paying Winning Bidders are blocked from further bidding until a 50% re-stocking fee is received. 
• Item(s) not picked-up as scheduled are abandoned and will be restocked or disposed of. Make sure SOMEONE keeps your appointment!!
• We do NOT issue refunds. 

Bring your own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any assistance. If you do not have sufficient labor etc., to carry out your items, you will need to reschedule a pick-up.

SHIPPING AVAILABLE - We are willing to ship small items at the buyer’s expense. All items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage using weight & dimension pricing, Tracking # & Insured up to $100; Signature Required on all orders over $100. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material. Check the individual auction to see if shipping is available. 

Your auction order must be PAID, a separate Square invoice will be sent for shipping costs after your USPS shipping address is emailed to:

It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the address is current / correct. We will NOT manually change the shipping address.

Shipping Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days AFTER the last day of pick up.
