OLD SCHOOL COOL really appreciates your participation in our auctions. Our mission is to bring back memories and history linked to items of value. We supply our auction lots with items from estates, personal collections, and overstocks. In most cases you will win your choice at a substantial savings. 

BIDDING If this is your first visit, you'll find bidding is easy. You can look through the lots for treasures. In order to bid you must register (one time only). Register, then simply open the lot you are interested in and submit a bid. Most items start at only $5.00. Check periodically to see if you are still the high bidder. You can depend on our auction lots closing to bidding at the time indicated in the lot. We don't add extra time for bidding made in the last minutes before close.  At the end of the auction for a lot, you will win the item if you are the high bidder.  Lots will start to close at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, in lot number order. Your bid status and the time remaining before the close of your lot will be included in the description of the item. 

TOTAL CHARGES   An invoice for your winning lots will be sent to your registered email address. Sales tax and a buyer's premium of 10% will be added to your invoice. You may securely pay the invoice by either credit or debit card through our auction. You may also pay at pickup with exact cash, most debit/credit cards, or through ZELLE at Old School Cool LLC. If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait until all your lots have closed before paying your invoice.  All items you have won will be on a single invoice. There are two pickups, one in Alameda and one in Novato. Details, times, directions, and a "pay" button will be on your invoice. If you bid on an item and win, we will hold that item for you until the end of the day of the second pick up. Items not paid for and/or not picked up after that date will be considered abandoned and returned to our inventory. The bidder will be assessed a restocking charge of 20.00. We want you to be happy with your auction experience with Old School Cool.

SHIPPING- We are happy to provide shipping on most items using USPS insured flat rate or similar boxes we have on the shelf.  Items are insured for actual value which will often be higher than your winning bid.  Please email us at [email protected] if you will require shipping for your winnings.  Items we are unable to ship because of size, weight or fragility will be disclosed in the item description in the lot.  The additional fee for shipping will be the amount of the postage that appears on the mailing label + 7.00 handling for all of the items on any one invoice. We will send you a seperate invoice through PayPal or Square for shipping charges which we would like you to pay beofre we ship your items. We can ship larger items UPS with additional charges and by special arrangement. Please inquire at [email protected]. Shipping of items usually occurs on the Wednesday after the last pickup date.  

All items in this auction are sold AS IS in their present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. Please ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. All Sales are final. Sorry, no refunds, or returns.
