Only available for small orders - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12” x 12” x 5.5”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material.

Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely NO Refunds.
For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will now be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. I am not equipped to provide any tools or assistance carrying out your items. If you do not have sufficient labor, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
