Please consider all lots in this auction to be "take what you want," meaning if you don't want the entire lot or if you want one item shipped from a lot, please specify this and I will leave out other items pictured in that lot. You will NOT receive any discount for leaving items behind just as you will NOT be penalized for doing so.

Only available for small orders - all items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (or Ground Advantage for very small items like jewelry), fully Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Priority Mail Box 12” x 12” x 8”. I will NOT ship fragile items such as glass or ceramics.
Your auction order MUST be paid for and a second invoice will be sent for shipping/packing costs from [email protected]
Shipping order invoices will be sent from Paypal. I will use the address you provided when you signed up on the auction platform Bayareaonlineauctions.com so please ensure your shipping address on file is accurate and up-to-date.

All items in this auction are AS IS in present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns.
Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely NO Refunds.
For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will now be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. I am not equipped to provide any tools or assistance carrying out your items. If you do not have sufficient labor, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
