THIS IS A PRIVATE ESTATE LOCATED IN SAN ANSELMO, CA (MARIN COUNTY, ABOUT 20 MILES NORTH OF SF).
STAIRS INVOLVED!!! Bring sufficient help to assist you in carrying out your items, we will be unable to assist. Bring your own boxes, bags, packing papers for breakables, and tools for any disassembling of furniture. We will turn away customers where there is a danger to others, yourselves, and the estate while moving items.
Parking is a challenge - be mindful of neighbors, SCHEDULE A PICK UP DAY/TIME (!!!) to abide by COVID rules and avoid congestion. Driveway will be reserved only for pick up of furniture items.
DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ABIDE BY THE PICK UP TIMES/DAYS and you are not willing to travel to SAN ANSELMO! You may send someone in your place.
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO ALTERNATE DAYS/TIMES TO PICK UP. Failure to pick up items (paid for or not) by the last day of schedule pick up days will result in the forfeiture of your items. Unpaid items will be sold to customers picking up on Sunday.
