Due to the size of this estate, we will be splitting the estate into 2 auctions. If you win items on both auctions, only ONE appointment is needed.
This is a private estate in San Rafael, CA, do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. Safety of you and others, and the estate is our #1 priority. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
