Rohnert Park Location handles OFF-SITE online auctions of a minimum of 300 lots/items ONLY. This is subject to a pre-inspection and booking ONLY. After pre-inspection approval, Items may be dropped off (by appointment only) or you may schedule a pick up subject to moving fees. 

This is an off-site sale of a private estate.  Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate. All items are AS IS, ASK questions! We will always do our best to answer if it's a question we can address!

10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments and bidder banned from future bidding. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 

Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
