We will have available (regular) dollies and furniture dollies for use! NOTE: We will have 1 person on hand on SAT 8am-12pm ONLY to ASSIST with carry out of items. This will be a one-time courtesy given the size of the estate plus amount of items located upstairs. Please make sure you bring enough labor and not rely on us.

This is a private estate in Novato, CA, do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
