We will be posting vintage collectibles, regular items, household items and other stuff. Some of these items need to be dusted or deep cleaned. All items are AS IS, Please take a good look at pictures what you see is what you get. Thank you.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.

Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
