SHIPPING

Only available for small orders - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and Insured with Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12” x 12” x 5.5”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material.

Shipping orders will be billed to Paypal. I will NOT manually change the shipping address (please ensure shipping address on file is accurate and up-to-date).

Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely NO Refunds.

For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will now be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.

Bring your own labor, boxes and supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. In most cases, I'm happy to help bring items out to you but for large or heavy items, please plan to load them yourself. If you do not have sufficient labor, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
