This auction includes contents from a very large and immaculate home in Concord. There will be a 2nd auction from this estate after this one:
A former contractor with many tools and equipment and a talented hobbyist with sewing notions and crafting tools. There is also camping gear, nice household items, home furnishings ... and a pack filled garage of goodies!

- Only small items can be shipped and your entire order should fit in a 16" x 16"x 16" box or smaller. All orders will be shipped by USPS or UPS whichever is less expensive. Orders over $100 will be insured and require a signature.
- We recycle used shipping boxes to lower cost of shipping. No bulky items.
- Auction Invoice must be PAID first, then contact us to request shipping.
- A shipping invoice will be emailed separately and billed through Paypal.
- It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the address on PayPal is current to ensure both Seller and Buyer is covered.
- Please allow 2-3 business days after the auction pick ups for shipment of your order.
All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns.
For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
