A Spirit lock is worn like a pendnat thoughtout Southern China and the Golden Triangle of Laos, Thailand and Myanmar. It is meant to lock the spirit to the body - protecting against sickness and death.

This beautiful ingot-hammered piece has intricate stamps and engravings.
