THIS IS A PRIVATE ESTATE LOCATED IN NOVATO, CA (MARIN COUNTY).
Bring sufficient help to assist you in carrying out your items, we will be unable to assist. Bring your own boxes, bags, packing papers for breakables, and tools for any disassembling of furniture. We will turn away customers when there is a danger to others, yourselves, and the estate while moving items.
SCHEDULE A PICK UP DAY/TIME (!!!) to abide by COVID rules and avoid congestion.
DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ABIDE BY THE PICK UP TIMES/DAYS and you are not willing to travel to NOVATO! You may send someone in your place.
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO ALTERNATE DAYS/TIMES TO PICK UP. Failure to pick up items (paid for or not) by the last day of schedule pick up days will result in the forfeiture of your items. Unpaid items will be sold to customers picking up on Saturday.
