Due to the holiday weekend, pick-ups will be on Saturday morning (5/25) and the following week AFTER Memorial Day (Tuesday - Wednesday)

CHARGES ADDED TO INVOICE:  10% Buyer's Premium, CA Sales Tax (9.25%), No Pay/No Show - 45% Restocking Fee

• All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  Orders over $100 will be insured and require a signature.
• Auction order must fit up to a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12" x 12" x 5.5"
• Auction order must be PAID
• A shipping invoice will be emailed separately and billed through Paypal.
• It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the address on PayPal is current to ensure both Seller and Buyer is covered. We will NOT manually change the shipping address.
• Please allow 2 business days after the auction ends for shipment of your order.

All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns.

For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.

Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.

PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS.  If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
