We will have quite a bit of $1 items available for sale during pick ups - unsold items from past auctions, items we have not lotted (clothes, kitchen, etc), and honestly other stuff to make room so we can feel like we made a dent.

Note: GPS Navigation will send you down a blocked street. While on Redwood Drive, simply turn into Sherwin Williams Paint Store. Drive straight down the shopping complex, we will be the very last building on the right "Building 4". We are nicely tucked in the back.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE - We are willing to ship SMALL ITEMS ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12” x 12” x 5.5”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material.
Your auction order must be PAID, and we will invoice separately for shipping costs after your emailed request to:

Note: All shipping is billed through Paypal. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure address on PayPal is current to ensure both Seller and Buyer is covered. We will NOT manually change the shipping address.
Shipping Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days AFTER the last day of pick up.
All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will now be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
