After 46 years, THE GRAND HOTEL, located in Bolinas, CA will be closing their doors. We have the honor of selling their remaining inventory and store fixtures, many that have been listed "Not For Sale" all these years. This is not truly a Hotel, but otherwise a resale shop filled with Vintage and Antique Collectibles!
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE - We are willing to ship SMALL ITEMS ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12.25” x 12.25” x 6”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material. Your auction order must be PAID, and we will invoice separately for shipping costs after your emailed request to [email protected]
TRANSFER TO NOVATO STORE - For a fee of $8.00, we will pack and transfer your items (ABSOLUTELY NO FURNITURE ITEMS) to the Picks and Treasures store located at 957 Front St., Novato. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON SUN, 7/10/22 from 8am-11am - NO EXCEPTIONS. If we do NOT get a request via email or text or NOT paid $8.00 prior to Sat 7/9/22 at 10am, we will NOT transfer items.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. Safety of you and others, and the estate is our #1 priority. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
