Please read below as pickup location has changed from my previous auctions and I also offering shipping on most lots. Any lamps or furniture items are the non-shipping categories. Specific details on shipping are described below.
Pickups will be at my new South San Francisco location. putting me in the center between Picks and Treasures and Junk and Disorderly. My ability to be flexible with pickup times is not great for this auction as I have been in the past due to Thanksgiving. I'll be heading out of town on the 18th so I have lots to do before then.
With that in mind, I am offering shipping on most lots this auction. Any lots not available to ship (primarily furniture or lamps) will be marked NO SHIPPING. To ship your items the additional cost will be $15 for the first lot and $5 for every lot thereafter plus shipping costs. I can not estimate your shipping costs before then but I will do my very best to minimize costs as much as possible. I sell on Etsy and provide "free shipping" when you order over $35 so I'm pretty good at keeping shipping costs low. Once your order is packed I will invoice you separately for the shipping with your parcel shipping once payment is received. If you would like to have your items shipped, please let me know before the first pick on Friday.
I have switched from Paypal to Square after all the trouble I had with them last auction, I don't think this should be a problem since Picks and Treasures uses Square but if it is, please let me know.
If you need any kind of special arrangements, communication before the first pick up will greatly improve your chances of being accommodated. Quick payment of your items also will also help your situation since I would now be in possession of your property and my goal is inventory reduction.

10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There may be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick-up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed of accordingly. All items are sold as is. I do my best to either document or describe any issues or conditions with the items. There are absolutely no refunds.
