Pickup location is in South San Francisco, just north of SFO. Pickups are on Friday, Nov 12, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM or Sunday, Nov 14 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There are several businesses operating out of my location so all visitors are required to sign in when you arrive. Instructions will be included on your invoice.

Please make sure to book a pick-up time or let me know if you'd like me to ship your items before the first pickup on Friday. If you do not book a pick-up time you may end up waiting for more than you'd like as I probably will not have your items ready. It is for both of our benefits to reserve a timeslot. I've heard more than once the excuse "I wasn't emailed a link". It will be on your invoice. And if you didn't receive your invoice, you can always come to the website here to retrieve it. (And yes, there is flexibility to come not right at your time, provided it's the same day as your reservation. I would be the biggest hypocrite in the world if I didn't show the same level of flexibility.)
