Note: Many items are "old", stored, and will contain heavy dust or residue. We did light "dusting" but there will be more dust on items when moved etc.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
