Warning: This is a STEEP driveway, but it is a drive-thru (so you will drive "blindly" down the steep driveway, park and then just proceed straight to the top - so no backing up will be required).
NO large trucks or trailers (going down the driveway, you will hit the roof of the garage).
NO low vehicles - I found out the hard way (going out I bottomed out at the top).
SAFEST pick up is walking up/down the driveway. I'll likely put a cone to prevent people driving down as a warning.
There is parking at the top of the driveway but you will be walking up/down the steep driveway. In addition, most all items are located DOWNSTAIRS. We will do our best to bring up light items provided it is not raining.
It will be important that Winning Bidders stay within their appointment time slot due to the driveway and walking/stairs challenges.
We can accommodate those buying bulky/heavy items the hour before and after scheduled pick up times - NO OTHER TIME/DAY will be available and will be by appointment only.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments and account will be blocked from further bidding. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
