There is one flight of stairs leading to front door with the base of a chair elevator installed that may pose a challenge in moving out bulky items. We will do our best to move smalls to the garage where pick ups will occur.

This is a secured gated residential area, Winning Bidders will be required to make appointments and Identification will be asked by Security Gate Guards.
