This is a tri-level home so stairs WILL be present for ALL bulky items. We will do our best to bring down small items to Ground Floor Garage where pick ups will occur, but be prepared for moving any heavy/bulky item down stairs. We will NOT be in any position to assist! Bring enough labor and proper equipment to safely move items.
For Private Residence Estates (aka On-Site Auctions) - No Shipping and No Flexibility on Pick Up Dates/Times due to many deadlines.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
