Private Residence Estate - Located in San Rafael, CA (Peacock Gap). There are 2 flights of stairs, any item located upstairs will be noted in title accordingly.
- For new bidders, a private residence estate where we do not disclose the address, and auction pick ups will occur at the estate will have strict protocols when picking up. This means - we WILL require appointments and we will NOT allow restroom use. This is why our clients choose the online auctions - for privacy and security and we will need to enforce it. This includes ZERO flexibility in established pick up days and times. Bring your own labor to help move items, we will be unable to assist.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON THIS AUCTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BELOW OF OUR POLICIES:
- Requests must be emailed to [email protected] no later than the last hour of stated pickup day/time.
- Cost will include labor, packing material, insurance, and box (if not carrier provided)
- All packages will be mailed via USPS Ground Advantage
- Signature Required for all orders over $100
- All items must safely fit (with packing material) up to a 10"x10"10" box
- Your auction order must be PAID, we will invoice separately for shipping costs after your emailed request to [email protected]
- Buyer will be responsible for filing of any claims to USPS for missing packages (shows delivered) and any proven evidence of damaged box due to mishandling
- Shipping invoices not paid within 24 hours will automatically cancel the shipping request and all items will be deemed forfeited
Shipping Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days AFTER the last day of pick up.
Requests to transfer to Novato warehouse for pick up Sunday 1/18 or Monday 1/19 10-1pm:
- Auction invoice MUST BE PAID before I take anything off the property!
- I have a small car, so no HEAVY or BULKY ITEMS!
- $10 fee - pay in cash upon pickup

- Items not picked up Sunday 1/18 or Monday 1/19 will automatically be forfeited and disposed accordingly
