This estate is being held in a private residence located in Bel Marin Keys, Novato, CA with a heavy influence of Asian Antiquities dating back to the 1800s - look closely to pictures. Although winning auctions are not considered a charitable donation, the estates total net proceeds of this specific auction will directly benefit the Guide Dogs for the Blind.
NOTE FOR LARGE PIECES: There are about 6 steps leading to front door. All items MUST be removed on furniture or stand-up dollies - we will have 2 of each on site for use. Absolutely NO dragging of pieces on the floor. Please come WELL equipped with sufficient people labor, tools, and moving equipment.
We will not permit any vehicles on driveway, large items may be brought to front of driveway for loading.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. Safety of you and others, and the estate is our #1 priority. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
