PART II: This estate is being held in a private residence located in Black Point area of Novato, CA with another house and 10x20 shed full of antiques and collectibles. 

NOTE: This house has a very tight driveway on a one-way road leading in. We will be spreading out pick up appointments to avoid congestion. APPOINTMENTS ARE A MUST GIVEN THIS CHALLENGE OF PARKING!

SHIPPING- We are willing to ship SMALL ITEMS ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. So, to be VERY specific - your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12.25” x 12.25” x 6”. Fragile items will be charged an extra fee for packing and packaging material. Your auction order must be PAID, and we will invoice separately for shipping costs.

Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.

10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.

DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. Safety of you and others, and the estate is our #1 priority. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
