We now are able to ship most items (US Domestic Only) via USPS, UPS, and FedEx using the least expensive carrier with 2-5 days of ship time. 

• Cost will include labor, packing material, insurance, signature required for all order over $100, and box (if not carrier provided)
• Signature Required for all orders over $100
• No furniture/bulky items - we ask that you limit items where it can safely fit (with packing material) up to a 12"x12"12" box
• Your auction order must be PAID, we will invoice separately for shipping costs after your emailed request to [email protected]

Shipping Invoices will be sent no later than 2 days AFTER the last day of pick up.

All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding. All Sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns.

10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

For Bulky Items that are abandoned or not picked up - account will now be blocked until a $45.00 Disposal Fee is Paid.

Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.

PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS.  If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.

Note: GPS Navigation will send you down a blocked street. While on Redwood Drive, simply turn into Sherwin Williams Paint Store entrance. Drive straight down through the building complex, we will be the very last building on the right "Building 4". 

DO NOT PARK/BLOCK OVERHEAD DOOR. Our neighbor next door is starting to complain and threatening to call the Fire Marshal for those customers who block him from exiting his parking spot.
