Description:

The Silver Coins are from the Philadelphia Mint with a Certificate of Authenticity. The Jefferson nickel is marked 1943P. The portrait on the Canadian nickels is King George VI. The 1943 nickel is made of tombac (an alloy of copper & zinc) to save on nickel during WWII. The 12-sided coin was to distinguish it from the 1 cent Canadian coin.
