This estate is being held in a private residence located in Mill Valley, CA. In this peaceful and tranquil estate, you will find antique furniture, sterling items, antique books, Mid-Century Modern furniture, and so much more!
WARNING! There will be a somewhat steep and TIGHT driveway with limited/tight STREET parking so appointments are REQUIRED to avoid congestion. When you do make an appointment, please ensure you are booking enough time to load your items, simply book two (or even THREE) appointments when necessary!!
THERE ARE NO STAIRS INSIDE THE HOUSE, BUT THERE ARE STAIRS GOING UP/DOWN LEADING TO HOUSE IF YOU ARE PARKED ON THE STREET AND A CAR IS PARKED ON THE DRIVEWAY. It's tight whereas if a car is in the driveway, there is very little walking room, especially if you are carrying items.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding.

Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
