This estate is being held in a private residence located in Mill Valley, CA. In most cases, one flight of stairs is involved - unless it's raining, we can do our best to stage pick ups of SMALL ITEMS ONLY at base of stairs.
** There is a short but "steep" driveway but once reached to the top, it flattens out. It's a short walk up the driveway if you decide to park at the bottom.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE - We are willing to ship SMALL NON-FRAGILE ITEMS ONLY FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY - all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, Insured, and Signature Required on all orders over $100. Your order must fit in (up to) a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box 12” x 12” x 5.5”.
Your auction order must be PAID, and we will invoice separately for shipping costs after your emailed request to:

Note: All shipping is billed through Paypal. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure address on PayPal is current to ensure both Seller and Buyer is covered. We will NOT manually change the shipping address.
Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. There will be absolutely NO alternative dates or special arrangements for this estate.
All items in this auction are AS IS in its present condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding.
10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-payments and account will be blocked from further bidding. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Bring your own labor, boxes for packing, supplies for packing, and tools for dismantling. We are NOT equipped to provide any.
DO NOT EXPECT US TO ASSIST WITH THE CARRYOUT OF YOUR ITEMS. Safety of you and others, and the estate is our #1 priority. If you do not have sufficient labor to carry out your items, you will be asked to return on another day/time during pick up days and times with enough labor to help.
