For those who have not attended an estate sale with Picks and Treasures before, we often are hired to do "Quick Sales" of contents of a home. We do NOT price items, pricing is FAIR PRICING ONLY - meaning, make your pile and we negotiate a price that is fair to the estate, you and us. If you decide to show up and low ball - I have rights to decline the sale. Trust me, I'm fair - people leave happy and I want to be happy, and I want the estate to be happy. 

Rules of Engagement:

- MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, if you don't have an appointment then you will be turned away

- Stay clear of others! Wear masks, bring gloves (at your discretion), and stay 6 ft apart! If you don't abide by this, we will ask you to leave

- Be respectful to the house, do NOT make a mess

- Bring your own boxes, packaging supplies, and LABOR. Do not ask me to help you carry out.

- Don't steal. Just don't do it, be unlike Nike.

- Show up for your appointment slot. No you won't have just 15 minutes to shop, this is to control the crowd and allow everyone to shop without it being congested.

Furniture, outside garden items, LOTS OF GLASSWARE (Fenton, etc), a garage full of digging - boxes stacked.
