All items in our auctions are sold in AS IS condition with all faults, visible or not. No warranty or guarantee is made by the seller. It is the Buyers responsibility to do their own research and ask questions prior to bidding. No Refunds, No Returns.
- 10% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices.
- If you are a Reseller, make sure BAOA has your cert on file.
- There is a 50% re-stocking fee on all non-paid items. Non-paying Winning Bidders are blocked from further bidding on all BAOA auctions until a 50% re-stocking fee is received.
- Item(s) not picked-up as scheduled are considered abandoned and will be forfeited and disposed of accordingly. Please make sure someone keeps your appointment!!
- We do not issue refunds.
Please bring your own labor, packing supplies, and tools for dismantling. Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide assistance during pick-ups. If you do not have sufficient labor etc., to carry out your items, you may need to reschedule a pick-up.
