Group of five antique quarter-sawn oak dining chairs dating circa 1890-1900, including four side chairs and one arm chair. Constructed in richly figured tiger oak with elegant Queen Anne Revival styling, featuring shaped crest rails, pierced vase-form splats, cabriole front legs, and woven cane seats. Originally part of a monumental early 20th century oak dining suite with carved lion paw extension table. The quarter-sawn white oak displays attractive flake grain throughout, while the cane seats provide a lighter visual contrast to the substantial oak frames. A handsome and functional seating group well suited for traditional, English Revival, Colonial Revival, or eclectic interiors. Wear and age consistent with use.
