A 10% Buyer’s Premium and applicable California sales tax will be added to all invoices.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, in their present condition, with all faults, known or unknown. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review all photos and ask questions prior to bidding. All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Failure to Pick Up
Failure to pick up items during the stated pickup dates and times will result in forfeiture of items without refund. Please ensure you are able to meet pickup requirements before bidding.

Auction invoices must be paid in full before requesting shipping.

A separate shipping invoice will be emailed through PayPal. Once that invoice is paid your order will be processed.
Shipping charges include USPS postage, packing materials, and labor. Items should fit within a maximum box size of 12” x 12” x 12” (medium box). Fragile items may incur an additional packaging fee.
All shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders over $100 will ship insured with signature confirmation required.
High-value shipments may be sent via USPS Registered Mail at the seller’s discretion to ensure proper insurance and security. Orders over $2,500 must be sent USPS Registered Mail
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and current.
